Monday, March 8 -- 3:00pm: meet at the “waterfall” in front of the rec center for a relaxed run...and if it’s dry, abs or planks.
Tuesday, March 9 -- Two choices: [bring spikes or racing flats]
10:15am: meet at South Eugene High School track with your warm-up run done, or
5:30pm: meet at Hayward Field with your warm-up run done...
Drills, strides, 2 x 150m (relaxed)
Ladder:
200m, 400m, 600m, 800m, 1000m, 1000m, 800m, 600m, 400m, 200m...relaxed on the way up, pushing on the way down...jog 200-400m after each rep.
Wednesday, March 10 -- 3:00pm: meet at the waterfall for a relaxed run ...and if it’s dry, abs or planks.
Thursday, March 11 -- 3:00pm: meet at the waterfall for a relaxed run...and if it’s dry, abs or planks.
Friday, March 12 -- 3:00pm: meet at the waterfall for pre-race warm-up or hilly run in Hendricks Park...or an easy end-of-the-term run.
Saturday, March 13 -- Compete on the track at Pacific Preview or on the road in Run for the Shamrock 10km/5km in Alton Baker Park...or easy run on your own.
Sunday, March 14 -- On your own: rest, or alternate aerobic activity (AAA), or light run (3-5 miles), or medium run (6-8 miles) or long run (9-12 miles).
If it is raining when we meet at the waterfall, we will meet instead on the intramural field under the overhang of the rec center. From the waterfall go downhill on 15th and look to the right.
If we are due to meet off campus, we will meet as scheduled.
