Workout plan for sixth week of Fall term

Tuesday has three alternatives.

Monday, Nov 3: 3:00pm at the waterfall in front of the rec center -- relaxed aerobic run (30-60 minutes), strides and abs on intramural field.

Tuesday, Nov 4: Three choices of time and place:
    a) 7:30am in Pioneer Cemetery (at the corner next to the library) with warmup run done --
    3-4 x uphill 400m (race pace) with 400m jog back to start
    Jog to intramural field
    4-6 x 100m (relaxed stride) with at least 50m jog between

    b) 3:00pm at the waterfall -- Jog 15 minutes to Pioneer Cemetery for same workout as above.

    c) 4:30pm at Intramural Field (meet Tom) with warmup run done -- same workout as above.
Wednesday, Nov 5: 3:00pm at the waterfall -- relaxed aerobic run (20-40 minutes), abs on intramural field.

Thursday, Nov 6: No run scheduled...travelers leave early and arrive in Philadelphia late.

Friday, Nov 7: No run scheduled...travelers drive to State College, PA, jog over course.

Saturday, Nov 8: Race at NIRCA Nationals or at Lifeforce Challenge 10km/5km trail runs.

Sunday, Nov 9: Take a day off!

Rain?

If it is raining when we meet at the waterfall, we will meet instead on the intramural field under the overhang of the rec center. From the waterfall go downhill on 15th and look to the right.

If we are due to meet off campus, we will meet as scheduled.
